Yes. Our sleep mask includes a dedicated insert pocket for cold or warm therapy. Simply place an ice pack or a warm water bag inside the pocket—no extra setup is required.
You can also place the mask in the refrigerator for a cooling effect, or gently warm it over hot water before use.

Our sleep mask is fully washable. We’ve added reinforced internal stitching to help keep the filling securely in place and improve the overall durability of the mask.
For best results, we recommend hand washing. Because the mask contains weighted beads, machine washing is not recommended. If the inner filling were ever damaged, the beads could potentially harm your washing machine.
After washing, allow the mask to air dry completely before use.
